Melalui Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemungkiman (Perkim) pada tahun 2020 ini, masyarakat Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan kembali mendapatkan bantuan program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) yang bersumber dari Dana Alokasi Khusus Kementerian PUPR.
Sebanyak 158 unit yang terdiri dari 138 unit untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Rumah Swadaya (PKRS) dan 20 Unit untuk Pemangunan Baru Rumah Swadaya (PBRS) siap di Realisasikan di Bengkulu Selatan.
Kepala Dinas Perkim Bengkulu Selatan Darmawansya,melalui Kepala Bidang Perumahan Nofman Pasah mengatakan,”158 unit bantuan perumahan itu siap di realisasikan,”ujar Novman Pasha saat di temui di ruang kerjanya (11/03).
“Alhamdulillah Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan, melalui Dinas Perkim mendapat program Bedah Rumah Tidak layak Huni sebanyak 158 unit. Terdiri dari 138 Unit untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Rumah Swadaya (PKRS) dan 20 Unit Pembangunan Baru Rumah Swadaya(PBRS),” jelas Pasah Selaku Kabid.
Ditambahkan Pasha PKRS masing – masing unit akan mendapatkan dana bantuan sebesar Rp.17,5 juta, di bagi menjadi Rp.15 juta untuk membeli bahan bagunan, Rp. 2,5 Juta sebagai upah. Sementara bagi PBRS masing – masing unit rumah akan mendapatkan bantuan sebesar Rp. 35 juta, kegunaan dana nya Rp.30 juta untuk pembelian bahan material bangunan, sedangkan Rp. 5 juta untuk Upah kerja.
“Masing – masing lokasi yang akan mendapatkan bantuan diantaranya, di Kecamatan Seginim ada 3 Desa, Kecamatan Ulu Manna ada 2 Desa dan Kecamatan Manna ada 1 desa. Untuk sementara saya (Nofman Pasah red), belum bisa menyebutkan nama desanya, Sebab data ini masih bersifat tantatip dan verefikasi data desa calon penerima bantuan masih berjalan hampir mencapai 70 persen. Pelaksanaan pembagunan bedah rumah ini, diperkirakan mulai di laksanakan pada bulan April atau Mei tahun ini. Sementara pada tahun 2021 Pemkab Bengkulu Selatan Melalui Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemungkiman (Perkim), mengusulkan kembali sebanyak 1.910 unit untuk seluruh kecamatan di Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan,” tutupnya.(TH)
