Bengkulu, sentralnews.com– Barendo APIP yang berada di kantor Inspektorat Kota Bengkulu telah diresmikan oleh Walikota Bengkulu Helmi Hasan pada Senin (9/3).
Dengan telah diresmikannya berendo APIP, Helmi Hasan mengatakan PNS dari setiap OPD bisa konsultasi dengan tenang dan nyaman.
“Dengan hadirya berendo ini semoga ada ketenangan dan kenyamanan setiap OPD dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya sebagai pemangku amanah untuk menghadirkan kebahagiaan,” kata Helmi.
Helmi berpesan agar tugas-tugas atau pekerjaan di setiap OPD berjalan sesuai aturan dengan ranahnya masing-masing. Dan kehadiran APIP menjadi organisasi yang bisa memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman kepada OPD.
“Pekerjaan itu dari awal perencanaan harus sesuai aturan. Maka setiap OPD ketika kebingungan dengan program yang akan dilaksanakan, agar didiskusikan dengan APIP,” sambungnya.
Sementara, Plt Kepala Inspektur Inspektorat Kota Bengkulu, Sahudin menjelaskan pihaknya siap memberikan bimbingan dan konsultasi kepada OPD yang kesulitan dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan atau berkaitan dengan program-program kerja lainnya. Ia berharap agar OPD tidak lagi menganggap inspektorat itu mencari-cari kesalahan.
“Di sini ada 4 pokja. Yang pertama melayani pengadaan barang jasa, melayani soal kepegawaian dan disiplin, melayani bidang keuangan, pelayanan pengelolaan dana kelurahan,” tutup Sahudin. ADV(red)
