Sergai, Sentralnews.com – Layanan administrasi kependudukan dan kesehatan jadi sasaran prioritas perbaikan di 100 hari masa kerja pertama Bupati Serdang Bedagai (Sergai) H. Darma Wijaya dan Wakil Bupati H. Adlin Umar Yusri Tambunan, ST, MSP.
Hal ini disampaikan langsung oleh Bupati H Darma Wijaya saat mengikuti “Serah Terima Memory Jabatan” dengan Pelaksana harian (Plh.) Bupati Sergai yang juga merupakan Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten (Sekdakab) H.M. Faisal Hasrimy, AP, MAP, yang dilaksanakan di Gedung DPRD Kabupaten Sergai, Sei Rampah, Senin (01/03/2021).
Acara ini juga sekaligus bersamaan dengan rapat paripurna DPRD Sergai dengan agenda mendengarkan pidato pertama Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Sergai periode 2021-2024.
“Visi saya dengan Pak Wakil Bupati adalah mewujudkan Sergai yang Maju Terus; Mandiri, Sejahtera dan Religius. Untuk mewujudkan itu, diperlukan implementasi terhadap misi yang sudah dibuat. Dalam hal ini, kami tidak bisa bekerja sendiri. Butuh sinergi, perlu kerjasama dari semua pihak baik eksekutif, legislatif, yudikatif dan seluruh lapisan masyarakat,” kata Bupati Sergai.
Pengejewantahan misi tersebut, lanjut Bupati Darma Wijaya, dicanangkan pada beberapa program di antaranya peningkatan SDM yang cerdas, unggul dan bertaqwa, pengelolaan layananan publik yang baik, peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, peningkatkan layanan dan fasilitas umum, serta peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19.
“100 hari ini kami berharap dan akan berusaha memperbaiki dan menuntaskan aspek pelayanan publik, seperti administrasi kependudukan semacam KTP di sejumlah kecamatan. Selanjutnya yang tak kalah penting adalah layanan kesehatan dan pendidikan. Ini semua bisa tercapai kalau kita perkuat kerja sama, kerja keras dan kerja cerdas,” katanya.
Di momen yang sama, Sekdakab Sergai H.M. Faisal Hasrimy, AP, MAP menyampaikan selamat kepada Bupati dan Wakil Bupati atas amanah yang telah diberikan masyarakat Sergai kepada keduanya.
Dirinya optimis di bawah kepemimpinan Darma Wijaya-Adlin Tambunan, Sergai mampu jadi Kabupaten yang lebih baik kedepannya.
“Selama bekerjasama dengan Pak Bupati, banyak sekali ilmu yang saya dapat. Yang paling kentara adalah cara cerdas Pak Bupati dalam memotong rantai birokrasi yang berbelit. Ini menunjukkan pikiran-pikiran sederhana namun brilian milik beliau,” pujinya.
Sekdakab menambahkan selama kepemimpinan di periode sebelumnya, sudah banyak yang telah dilakukan oleh Darma Wijaya sebagai Wakil Bupati.
“Akan tetapi masih ada aspek yang mesti diselesaikan dan ditingkatkan dalam periode kepemimpinan Pak Darma Wijaya kali ini sebagai pimpinan tertinggi Kabupaten Sergai. Walau waktunya singkat, tapi dengan sinergi, kami optimis cita-cita mulia Bapak untuk kabupaten tercinta ini dapat diwujudkan,” pungkasnya.
Ikut hadir dalam rapat kali ini Wakil Bupati Sergai H. Adlin Umar Yusri Tambunan, ST, MSP, Ketua DPRD Sergai dr. M. Riski Ramadhan Hasibuan, SH., SE., MKM, Kapolres Tebing Tinggi AKBP Agus Sugiyarso, Wakapolres Sergai Kompol Sofyan SH, sejumlah pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Sergai, jajaran pimpinan OPD serta para tamu undangan.(R.
