Dimana sistem ini, pihak Pos Kisaran akan mengantarkan dokumen kependudukan kepemilik. Dan untuk biaya pengantaran akan ditanggung pemilik dokumen.
Hal ini dimaksud untuk mempermudah masyarakat Kabupaten Asahan, untuk tidak bolak-balik ke Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Asahan.
Selain itu kami juga ingin menjalin kerjasama dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Asahan dalam pembayaran PBB melalui Kantor Pos, yang mana saat ini autlet kantor pos yang kita miliki sudah ada disetiap Kecamatan di Kabupaten Asahan.
Menanggapi hal tersebut Bupati Asahan H. Surya, BSc mengucapkan terima kasih atas tawaran kerjasama yang diberikan oleh Kantor Pos Kisaran, untuk mempermudah masyarakat Kabupaten Asahan dalam hal dokumen kependudukan dan pembayaran PBB.
Terkait tentang pengantaran dokumen kependudukan sistem COD, Bupati Asahan akan mengkaji kembali hal tersebut.
Dan untuk pembayaran PBB melalui kantor pos, Bupati Asahan mengatakan kepada Kantor Pos Kisaran agar melakukan komunikasi dengan dinas terkait.
“Semakin dekat masyarakat Kabupaten Asahan membayar PBB, semakin bagus,” ucap beliau.
Selanjutnya beliau berharap agar komunikasi antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Asahan dengan Kantor Pos Kisaran dapat terjalin dengan baik.
Diakhir pembicaraannya Bupati Asahan berpesan kepada Kantor Pos Kisaran, agar tidak melayani masyarakat Kabupaten Asahan yang tidak memiliki dokumen kependudukan atau dokumen kependudukannya tidak berlaku lagi.
“Tidak ada alasan masyarakat Kabupaten Asahan tidak memiliki dokumen kependudukan, Karena Pemerintah Kabupaten Asahan melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Asahan telah memiliki blanko yang cukup,” tutupnya. (Heri)
