THR ASN Pemprov Bakal Cair, Cuti Hari Raya Tetap Sesuai Aturan

BENGKULU- Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu, Nopian Andusti, SE, MT., mengatakan ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) Lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu akan menerima THR (Tunjangan Hari Raya) setelah proses evaluasi di Kementerian selesai.

 

“ Mudah-mudahan dalam 1-2 hari ini selesai turun dan langsung  kita pergubkan karena itu dasar kita untuk membayar THR ,” kata Nopian Andusti kepada sentralnews.com., Selasa (21/5/2019).

 

Tidak hanya soal THR, Nopian Andusti juga menyinggung soal cuti Hari Raya Idul Fitri, agar ASN Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu libur sesuai dengan peraturn yang ditetapkan.

 

 “ Hari ini akan ditetapkan  oleh pusat dan kita tunggu dulu. Dan himbauan untuk ASN sudah kita buat ,  jadi ASN tidak boleh cuti lebaran sebelum waktu yang ditetapkan dan  sesudah waktu yang ditetapkan dalam artian harus disiplin dan sesusai dengan peraturan yang telah dibuat,” lanjutnya.

 

Namun, apabila kedapatan ASN yang melanggar aturan cuti, lanjut Nopian, ASN tersebut akan diberi sanksi.

 

“ASN yang melanggar nantinya  akan dikenakan sanksi disiplin sesuai dengan  peraturan pemerinta nomor  53 tentang disiplin pegawai  negeri sipil,” pungkasnya. (Lcy)
