KAUR –Â Sebanyak 47 orang pejabat fungsional di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kaur di lantik Sekretaris Daerah Kaur Nandar Munadi pada Kamis (14/2/2019).
47 pejabat fungsional yang dilantik dan diambil sumpah jabatan terdiri dari 23 guru, 1 orang pengawas sekolah, 5 orang penyuluh pertanian, 3 orang auditor, 3 orang penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat, 2 orang asisten apoteker, 2 orang nutrisi, 4 orang perawat, 1 orang adminkes dan 5 orang bidan.
Sesuai dengan Pasal 68 Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 11 tahun 2017, jabatan fungsional memiliki tugas memberikan pelayanan fungsional berdasarkan keahlian dan keterampilan tertentu.
Bahkan, dikatakan Sekda Kaur Nandar Munadi, jabatan tersebut ada yang memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat secara langsung.
“Pasca dilantik, harapan kita 47 pejabat fungsional ini dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Memberikan pelayanan maksimal kepada masyarakat,” tegas Nandar.
Sementara itu Kepala BKD-PSDM Kabupaten Kaur Sutapa mengatakan jika sebelumnya pelantikan PNS funsgional dimasing-masing OPD, beda halnya dengan saat sekarang yang dilakukan pejabat pembina kepegawaian.
“Jadi seluruh pejabat fungsional dilantik dan diambil sumpah jabatan secara bersamaan,” kata Sutapa.
Perlu diketahui, pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah jabatan ini dilakukan setelah keluarnya Surat Keputusan Bupati pada Februari 2019 ini.ADV
