TANJUNG PINANG –Â Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Eko Putro Sandjojo pada Selasa (5/3) menutup kegiatan Rapat Kerja Pemerintahan Desa se provinsi Kepulauan Riau di Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau.
Rapat kerja pemerintahan desa dihadiri oleh Gubernur Kepulauan Riau, seluruh kepala desa, perangkat desa, pendamping desa, unsur muspida kepulauan riau, dan sejumlah perwakilan dari pemerintah kabupaten dan kota serta pihak terkait lainnya.
Dalam arahannya, Mendes PDTT Eko Putro Sandjojo menyampaikan terkait program dana desa yang dinilai dalam pelaksanaannya oleh pemerintah desa telah berhasil dalam meningkatkan pembangunan dan pertumbuhan di desa.
“Tata kelola Dana Desa terus membaik. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari penyerapan Dana Desa yang juga terus meningkat. Apalagi, desa-desa di Indonesia telah mampu membangun infrastruktur dasar dalam jumlah yang sangat besar dan masif, yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dasar dan juga untuk membantu kegiatan ekonomi di desa,” katanya.
Berdasarkan data Kemendes PDTT, Penyerapan dana desa terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, tahun 2015 penyerapannya 82 persen dari yang digelontorkan sebesar Rp20,67 triliun, 2016 naik menjadi 97 persen dengan gelontoran dana desa sebesar Rp46,98 triliun, kemudian pada 2018 naik lagi menjadi 98 persen dengan dana desa sebesar Rp60 triliun, dan tahun lalu penyerapannya sudah diatas 99 persen dengan kucuran dana desanya sebesar Rp60 triliun.
Begitu juga dengan capaian pembangunan infrastruktur yang begitu masiv selama 4 tahun dengan data dari Kemendes PDTT yakni dengan telah terbangunnya sarana dan prasarana penunjang aktifitas ekonomi masyarakat, seperti terbangunnya 1.140.378 meter jembatan, jalan desa 191.600 kilo meter, pasar desa sebanyak 8.983 unit, kegiatan BUMDesa sebanyak 37.830 unit, embung desa sebanyak 4.175 unit, sarana irigasi sebanyak 58.931 unit serta sarana-prasarana penunjang lainnya.
Selain itu, dana desa juga telah turut membangun sarana prasarana penunjang kualitas hidup masyarakat desa melalui pembangunan 959.569 unit sarana air bersih, 240.587 unit MCK, 9.692 unit Polindes, 50.854 unit PAUD, 24.820 unit Posyandu, serta drainase 29.557.922.
“Banyak dampak dari adanya program dana desa, dana desa menjadi salah satu faktor dalam mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Indonesia, mengurangi angkat stunting, mengurangi desa tertinggal, meningkatkan desa menjadi berkembang dan mandiri, mengurangi angka pengangguran dan masih banyak dampak lainnya. Tentunya itu semua berkat kerja keras dari semua pihak baik dari pemerintah daerah maupun pemerintahan desa yang telah bekerja keras dalam memastikan program dana desa maupun program kementerian lainnya berjalan dengan baik,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut, Eko menyarankan terkait prioritas penggunaan dana desa yang pada tahun 2019 untuk lebih difokuskan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Apalagi, kata eko, Kepulauan Riau memiliki potensi dari kekayaan alamnya dengan sejumlah pulau-pulau yang terlihat eksotis sehingga bisa mendatangkan pendapatan yang besar dari sektor pariwisata.
“Kepulauan Riau ini bagus, memang kalau difokuskan untuk infrastruktur itu gak akan pernah ada cukupnya, jadi saya sarankan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi supaya kemampuan desa untuk membangun infrastruktur dengan incomenya bertambah bisa lebih kuat lagi karena potensinya sangat besar. Jadi, kalau ekonominya berhasil, terserah mau bikin apa, karena desa sudah punya dana sendiri. Saya yakin, Kepulauan Riau akan menjadi salah satu daerah maju di dunia dengan perekonomian yang tumbuh dari sektor wisata. Karena Kepulauan Riau ini mempunyai modal yang sangat kuat dari pariwisata,”katanya.ADV
