Universitas Bengkulu Resmi Kantongi Legalitas Lahan Kampus Penjaskes

Bengkulu, sentralnews.com– Rektor Universitas Bengkulu, Ridwan Nurazi pada Selasa (7/1) menerima sekaligus menandatangani sertifikat lahan hibah dari Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu.

Hal ini menyatakan bahwa kepemilikan lahan seluas 5 hektar yang berlokasi di Jalan Raden Patah, Pagar Dewa Kota Bengkulu tersebut resmi dipegang Universitas Bengkulu. Setelah sebelumnya, lahan yang sudah dimanfaatkan menjadi Kampus Penjaskes oleh Universitas Bengkulu tersebut sempat mengalami masalah.

“Prosesnya tidak gampang sebab harus melalui DPRD, Kejaksaan dan lainnya,” kata Ridwan.

Ia mengatakan, butuh waktu 30 tahun untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini hingga akhirnya Universitas Bengkulu memegang legalitas kepemilikan lahan.

“Lebih dari 30 tahun menunggu, akhirnya hari ini dengan bukti penandatanganan hibah lahan Pemprov, sebagai lembaga pendidikan tentunya kita bisa lebih leluasa dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan itu sendiri,” kata Ridwan.

Selain Rektor Unib Ridwan Nurazi, penandatanganan sertifikat lahan tersebut dilakukan pula oleh Staf Ahli Gubernur Bengkulu Bidang Ekonomi Keuangan dan Pembangunan, Soemarno, melalui pengesahan berita acara dan sertifikat yang ditandangani Pj Sekda Provinsi Hamka Sabri dengan nilai perolehan hibah lahan oleh Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah sebesar Rp 1,35 miliar.
