Remaja Cabul di Bengkulu Tengah Terancam Hukuman Mati

Bengkulu, sentralnews.com- Remaja Bengkulu Tengah, AL (15) yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus pencabulan atas keponakannya sendiri yang berusia 2,5 tahun terancam hukuman mati atau hukuman seumur hidup.

Kapolres Bengkulu Tengah, AKBP Andjas Adi Permana, S.IK memastikan tidak ada pengalihan penyelesaian perkara atau diversi dalam kasus tersangka AL. Bahkan tersangka AL diancam hukuman penjara minimal 10 tahun.

“Perbuatan itu berulang-ulang, tidak ada diversi, perkara berjalan normal seperti biasa. Bisa ancaman pidana, pidana mati, pidana seumur hidup atau penjara minimal 10 tahun dan maksimal 20 tahun,” kata AKBP Andjas, Rabu (8/1) saat Konferensi Pers.

AKBP Andjas mengaku saat ini proses penyidikan masih berjalan dan ada 9 saksi yang telah menjalani pemeriksaan. Sementara barang bukti yang diamankan berupa satu lembar kaos pendek milik tersangka, satu celana panjang jeans milik tersangka, satu celana dalam milik tersangka dan satu celana pendek milik korban.

“Tersangka sudah diamankan di Mapolda Bengkulu,” pungkas AKBP Andjas.

Sebagai informasi, balita korban pencabulan tersebut telah meninggal dunia usai menerima perlakuan bejat tersangka AL. (Lcy)
