Bengkulu, sentralnews.com – Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu melalui Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) menaikan tarif Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) 1 dan Pajak Bahan Bakar Kendaraan Bermotor (PBB-KB) sesuai dengan penetapan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Bengkulu No 11 tahun 2019 tentang perubahan perubahan kedua atas Perda Bengkulu No 2 tahun 2011.
“Tarif BBNKB Kendaraan Roda empat atau lebih dari 10 persen naik menjadi 12,5 persen dan PBB-KB non subsidi dari 5 persen menjadi 10 persen,” kata Asisten Administrasi Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu, Gotri Suyanto, Kamis (16/1)
Ia mengatakan Untuk tarif BBNKB kendaraan roda empat mengalami kenaikan sebesar 2,5 persen dan PBB-KB nonsubsidi sebesar 5 persen, sedangkan BBNKB kendaraan roda dua dan PBB-KB subsidi tidak mengalami kenaikan.
Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu, Noni Yulisti mengatakan kenaikan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah.
“Dari pajak ini akan berpotensi menikatkan pendapatan daerah mencapai puluhan miliar,” ujarnya.
Ia mengatakan untuk keputusan pemberlakuan secara efektif kenaikan tarif pajak akan menyampaikan keinginan pihak dealer ke pimpinan dan DPR terlebih dahulu, untuk melakukan pertimbangan.
“Pemberlakuan secara efektif kenaikan tarif pajak kemungkinan akan kita tunda, untuk memberi waktu kepada dealer melakukan sosialisasi dan penetapan harga pada konsumenya,” ujarnya.
Noni mengatakan Perda ini wajib dilaksanakan namun banyaknya permintaan dari pihak dealer maka pemberlakuanya ditunda sampai satu Febuari.
“Kami berharap pajak kendaraan tahun 2019 tidak dinaikan, karena sudah dipatok harganya,” ujar Pimpinan Cabang Mitsubishi Bengkulu, Darsiwan Hon.
Ia mengatakan stok mobil 2019 masih banyak jika pajak disama kan dengan 2020 maka kendaraan 2019 tidak akan laku.
“Secara prinsip kita mendukung untuk menambah penghasilan daerah, tatpi setiap perubahan kita berharap ada sosialisasi rencana,” pungkasnya.(Ren)
