Bengkulu, sentralnews.com – Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu mengusulkan dua Perda Retribusi untuk dilakukan perubahan ke Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Bengkulu dalam Rapat Paripurna, Kamis (23/1).
Masing-masing yaitu Perubahan atas Perda Provinsi Bengkulu Nomor 11 Tahun 2011 tentang Retribusi Perizinan Tertentu dan Perubahan Kedua atas Perda Provinsi Bengkulu Nomor 10 Tahun 2011 tentang Retribusi Jasa Usaha. Menurut Wagub Dedy Ermansyah, pengajuan perubahan atas Perda Retribusi ini adalah sesuai dengan perkembangan di lapangan agar perda-perda tersebut dapat menyesuaikan kondisi yang ada pada saat ini.
“Nah perda-perda itu kan tahun 2011, sekarang sudah masuk tahun 2020. Makanya kita akan menyesuaikan semua perda-perda retribusi dan terkait dengan perubahan nomenklatur di pemerintah,” kata Dedy.
Selain melihat kondisi lapangan saat ini, lanjut Dedy, tentunya ada beberapa perubahan yang signifikan. Setelah disampaikan nota penjelasan pada DPRD, diharapkan Dewan bersama pemerintah segera melakukan pembahasan terkait kondisi lapangan yang harus disesuaikan.
“Pemerintah daerah bersama kawan-kawan di DPRD agar memberikan masukan – masukan serta perbandingan dengan Provinsi lain. Kemudian kita sesuaikan saja dengan kondisi lapangan saat ini,” sambungnya.
Disisi lain ketua DPRD Provinsi Ikhsan Fajri mengatakan, rapat akan dilanjutkan kembali dengan agenda pendapat fraksi-fraksi usulan perubahan atas Perda Provinsi Bengkulu Nomor 11 Tahun 2011 dan Perubahan Kedua atas Perda Provinsi Bengkulu Nomor 10 Tahun 2011 Tentang Retribusi Jasa Usaha.
“Usulan perubahan Perda ini akan dibahas pada sidang selanjutnya dengan pandangan Fraksi-Fraksi pada Paripurna mendatang,” demikiannya. (Adv)
