Bengkulu Selatan, sentralnews.com- Usai menjadi inspektur upacara peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-71 Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan, Senin (9/3) Bupati Bengkulu Selatan Gusnan Mulyadi melaunching empat program yang ada dalam program Cinta Bengkulu Selatan (BS) di Lapangan Sekundang.
Empat program yang dilaunching yakni Jemput Sakit Pulang Sehat (JSPS), Tim Reaksi Cepat Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (TRC-ODGJ), Ambulance Alternatif, Bengkulu Selatan Kota Hafiz dan Gerakan Daerah Bersih, Indah dan Rapi (Garda Bersinar).
Program Jemput Sakit Pulang Sehat (JSPS) lahir dari keinginan pemerintah daerah untuk hadir melayani masyarakat yang sakit, dengan menjemput langsung ke rumah pasien ke fasilitas kesehatan untuk mendapat perawatan dan mengantar kembali ke rumah, setelah pasien sehat. Program JSPS ini sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat yang memiliki keterbatasa fisik, keterbatasan biaya dan sarana prasarana.
Program Bengkulu Selatan Kota Hafiz, merupakan upaya pemerintah daerah untuk mewujudkan Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan yanh lebih agamis. Melalui program ini, Pemerintah Daerah Bengkulu Selatan akan menerapkan peraturan berupa menetaplan syarat kenaikan kelas bagi siswa SD/SMP adalah kemampuan membaca Alquran, sesuai dengan tingkatannya.
Adapun Program Ambulance Alternatif adalah menjadikan seluruh mobil dinas sebagai Ambulance Alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk membawa pasien dari/ke fasilitas kesehatan. Program ini juga untuk menumbuhkembangkan kesadaran Pegawai Negeri Sipil sebagai pelayan masyarakat.
Sedangkan Tim Reaksi Cepat Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (TRC-ODGJ) pelayanan khusus terhadap masyarakat Bengkulu Selatan yang mengalami gangguan jiwa untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa (RSJ) Bengkulu.
Sementara Program Garda Bersinar merupakan langkah untuk merupakan upaya bersama masyarakat akan kepedulian bersama menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.
Launching Program CINTA BS ini ditandai dengan penyerahan Buku Iqro kepada pelajar SD dan SMP, Penyerahan Buku Tabungan Bank Sampah kepada Pelajar SD, SMP dan SMA, Pemasangan Rompi kepada Petugas JSPS dan Tim Reaksi Cepat ODGJ serta penempelan stiker Ambulance Alternatif pada mobil dinas di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan.
Dalam arahannya, Bupati Bengkulu Selatan di hadapan peserta upacara menyampaikan beberapa capaian program yang telah direalisasikan sepertu Bantuan Buku Gratis dan seragam sekolah gratis melalui Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Daerah (BOSDa), Program Jamkesda dengan penerima bantuan BJPS Kesehatan sejumlah 42.178 orang dan pembangunan infrastruktur lainnya.
Bupati juga menyampaikan capaian penurunan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan sebesar 3,47 persen. Dari angka kemiskinan sebesr 22,01 persen pada tahun 2016 turun menjadi 18,54 persen di tahun 2019.
