Pemkot Komitmen Tekan Angka Positif Covid-19 Secara Maksimal

Kota Bengkulu, sentralnews.com- Pemerintah Kota Bengkulu berkomitmen akan berupaya menekan angka konfirmasi positif Covid-19 secara maksimal. Hal ini juga sudah menjadi imbauan Menkopulhukam, Mendagri, Kapolri dan Kejagung yanh disampaikan secara virtual melalui rakor bersama seluruh kepala daerah pada Jum’at (18/9).

Rakor itu membahas tentang penegakan hukum protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19. Tujuannya untuk menekan angka konfirmasi positif Covid-19 di Kota Bengkulu, agar tidak menyebar terutama dalam pelaksanaan Pilkada serentak tahun 2020 dan berbagai kegiatan yang mengumpulkan massa.

Rakor tersebut dihadiri Wakil Walikota Bengkulu Dedy Wahyudi dengan didampingi Penjabat Sesda Bujang HR, Kepala Bapenda, Kepala Kesbangpol, dan Plt Kasatpol PP mengikuti rakor dari balai kota.

“Inti dari rakor ini mengajak seluruh stakeholder terutama dalam rangka pelaksanaan pilkada maka diimbau kepada kontestan dan seluruh para pendukungnya agar selalu tetap mengikuti protokol kesehatan, selalu memakai masker, jaga jarak dan tidak mengumpulkan massa,” kata Dedy.

Pemkot sendiri kata Dedy sudah menetapkan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran penetapan protokol kesehatan dan pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19, yaitu seperti teguran lisan atau tertulis, kerja sosial, denda administratif, tambahan bagi pelaku usaha, penghentian sementara usaha operasional dan pencabutan izin usaha.

Bahkan, sebelum rakor ini, Kasatpol PP Kota Bengkulu Saipul Apandi mengatakan anggotanya bersama petugas yang tergabung dalam satgas Covid-19 yang sudah di SK kan oleh Walikota Bengkulu telah melakukan penertiban dan sosialisasi perwal nomor 29 tahun 2020 kepada pengunjung dan perkantoran yang tidak menggunakan masker/tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Sebagai informasi,  saat ini, update per 17 September 2020 perkembangan angka positif Covid-19 sebanyak 1.386 kasus. Ia berharap agar pelaksanaan Pilkada serentak di Kota Bengkulu tidak menjadi Cluster baru dalam penyebaran Covid-19. (Adv)
