Bengkulu Utara, Sentralnews.com- Sat Reskrim Polres Bengkulu Utara Polda Bengkulu telah mengamankan dua orang Pelaku Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan yang terjadi di desa Kalbang Kecamatan Lais Kabupaten Bengkulu utara (BU) pada hari Rabu siang kemarin (23/09).
Kapolres Bengkulu Utara AKBP Anton Setyo Hartanto, S.IK, MH, melalui KBO Sat Reskrim Polres Bengkulu Utara IPTU Mukh Asnawi dalam Press Conference yang digelar di Mapolres BU menjelaskan bahwa pelaku ditangkap terkait Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan yang terjadi pada hari Minggu (30/08) sekitar sebulan yang lalu di desa Kalbang Kecamatan Lais Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.
Kronologi kejadian penganiayaan ini diawali oleh persoalan batas tanah. dimana awalnya Korban Anton (40) warga Desa Talang Denau Kecamatan Arga Makmur Kabupaten BU yang merupakan seorang PNS ini sedang membangun sebuah pondasi diatas sebidang tanah, tak lama setelah itu Ia mendapat informasi bahwa Pondasi yang Ia bangun di rusak oleh seorang Ayah dan Anak Kandung berinisial NN (45) dan MG (21) warga Desa Gunung Selan Kabupaten BU yang diketahui masih bersaudara sepupu dengan korban dan mengaku pemilik bidang tanah tempat korban membangun pondasi.
Tak terima dengan pondasi yang dirusak Korban mendatangi Kedua pelaku dan terjadi cekcok mulut antara tersangka dan korban, hingga akhirnya tersangka NN melakukan penganiayaan terhadap korban yang mengakibatkan bibir korban robek.
Dalam Kasus penganiayaan ini sejumlah saksi-saksi telah diperiksa dan barang bukti telah disita oleh penyidik dan Penyidik telah menerapkan Pasal 351 Ayat 1 KUHPidana.
Atas perbuatannya, kedua tersangka diancam dengan pasal 351 ayat (1) KUHP dengan ancaman penjara paling lama 2 tahun.
Kini korban menjalani masa tahanan mendekam dibalik jeruji besi Mapolres Bengkulu Utara.
Tak mau tinggal diam, keluarga tersangka juga melakukan gugatan perdata kepada korban. Karena dari keterangan tersangka, korban membangun pondasi yang masuk ke dalam area tanah milik tersangka.
“pihak kepolisian masih melakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut, guna mendapatkan kebenaran atas kasus tersebut,” pungkas IPTU Mukh Asnawi.
