Bengkulu, Sentralnews.com- Terdaftarnya nama Agusrin M Najamudin berpasangan dengan Imron Rosyadi yang natabene Agusrin seorang mantan narapidana kasus korupsi, sebagai bakal calon gubernur 2020 yang kini mencuri perhatian masyarakat. Hal tersebut menarik Pengamat Politik Universitas Bengkulu Mirza Yasben M.Sos SC, untuk berpendapat, dengan mengatakan eks napi atau mantan narapidana kasus korupsi ataupun lainnya kurang pantas masuk dalam bursa pemilihan kepala daerah.
“Boleh dan tidaknya seseorang baik dia mantan napi atau tidak tergantung peraturan yang berlaku. Sudah menjadi kesepakatan untuk anti KKN (Korupsi Kolusi dan Nepotisme-red) di negeri ini. Meskipun aturan memberi peluang itu ada untuk maju di cakada, tapi kurang etis untuk mencalonkan diri dan dicalonkan. Rakyat harus berfikir sehat dan nurani yang bijak dalam menentukan pilihan,” Ungkapnya saat di hubungi awak media.
Terkait siapa yang bakal lolos dan ditetapkan sebagai Calon Gubernur dari tiga pasangan Rohidin Mersyah dengan Rosjonsyah, Helmi Hasan dengan Muslihan DS atau Agusrin M Najamudin berpasangan dengan Imron Rosyadi pada 23/09/2020 nanti oleh KPU Provinsi Bengkulu, pengamat politik ini juga menjelaskan bahwa kedudukan hukum tertinggi dalam pemilihan umum adalah UU Pemilu yang turunannya berupa PKPU yang jelas harus ditaati dalam tahapan pemilu dengan mengenyampingkan lobi-lobi politik yang mampu menciderai demokrasi di Indonesia.
“Pilkada adalah proses politik pesta demokrasi, berbicara tentang negara dan segala persoalan yang melekat didalamnya adalah persoaalan politik. Negara /pemerintah harus mampu menjamin ketertiban masyarakat dalam bernegara dengan bisa memaksa warga negara untukk taat hukum. negara yang baik adalah negara yang menjadikan hukum / uu (Undang-Undang-red) sebagai panglima. kalau peraturan perundangan tidak membolehkan maka harus dipatuhi agar negara ini beradab. disisi lain bahwa bila politik yang dijadikan panglima maka negara ini kacau tidak akan maju,” Jelasnya.
Saat disingung siapa yang paling kuat jika semua pasangan ditetapkan sebagai calon didalam Pemilihan Gubernur 2020, menurut pakar politik ini dia menilai setiap yang berkontestasi pasti sama sama memiliki kekuatan, dan seberapa besar peluang tentu petahana memiliki perhitungan sendiri terhadap bakal calon pesaingnya nanti, dan pesaing sudah memiliki trek record yang mempuni di dalam politik.
