Sergai, Sentralnews.com – Pelaku SA (28) dan SW(32) yang bekerja sebagai
kuli bangunan yang tinggal
Dusun II Desa Pematang Guntung, Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Sumatera Utara, akhirnya gagal konsumsi Narkoba.
Pasalnya, sebelum melakukan pesta narkoba keduanya terlebih dahulu di grebek tim Opsnal Unit Reskrim Polsek Teluk Mengkudu di sebuah rumah milik pelaku. Kamis(4/2) sekira pukul 21:35.
Hasil penggrebekan, Petugas menyita barang bukti 1 buah plastik klip transparan kecil diduga narkotika jenis sabu yang tersimpan di sebuah Rak TV milik pelaku.
Informasi diperoleh, penangkapan kedua pelaku menindaklanjuti informasi dari masyarakat tentang adanya menggunakan maupun memakai narkotika jenis sabu di sebuah rumah terletak Dusun II, Desa Pematang Guntung, Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu, Sergai.
Selanjutnya, tim Opsnal Polsek Teluk mengkudu melakukan penyelidikan, ternyata benar bahwa rumah tersebut sering di gunakan tempat penyalahgunaan narkotika.
Atas perintah Kapolsek Teluk Mengkudu, AKP J Sagala untuk memperintahkan Kanit Reskrim Ipda B Manurung bersama opsnal melakukan penyelidikan dan mengamankan dua pria didalam rumah yang akan menggunakan narkotika jenis sabu.
Selanjutnya terlebih dahulu di saksikan Kepala dusun setempat guna melakukan penggeledahan di dalam rumah. Setelah dilakukan penggeledahan petugas menemukan diatas Rak TV satu buah klip transfaran yang diduga berisi narkotika jenis sabu.
Kapolres Sergai AKBP Robin Simatupang didampingi Kapolsek Teluk Mengkudu, AKP J Sagala dikonfirmasi wartawan, Kamis(11/2) membenarkan penangkapan dua pelaku penyalahgunaan narkotika jenis sabu di wilayah Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu.
” Penangkapan kedua pelaku berkat adanya laporan dari masyarakat, dimana lokasi rumah tersebut sering dijadikan untuk konsumsi narkoba. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyelidikan dan hasil benar dua pria ditemukan didalam rumah bersama barang bukti sabu yang diduga akan di konsumsi kedua pelaku”sebut Kapolres.
Hasil introgasi, keduanya mengakui bahwa barang bukti tersebut miliknya yang mau dikonsumsi dan dibeli dari seorang bandar ini W warga Desa Pematang guntung. Selanjutnya terus dilakukan pengembangan terhadap pelaku W, namun pelaku tidak ditemukan.
“Saat ini kedua pelaku dan barang bukti sudah dilimpahkan ke Satnarkoba Polres Sergai guna proses lebih lanjut. Dan tersangka dikenakan pasal 114,112,127 UU RI Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika.”pungkas Kapolres Sergai.(Ridwan)
