Tanjung Balai, Sentralnews.com – Wali Kota Tanjung Balai kedua kalinya laksanakan program “Gerbang Surga”, gerakan bangun subuh keluarga bersama Wali Kota Tanjung Balai. Hari ini berlangsung di Masjid Syuhada, jalan A. Sani Sitorus Lk.IV Kelurahan Pulau Simardan Kec. Datuk Bandar Timur, Tanjung Balai (Minggu, 21/3/2021)
Program ini digagas oleh Wali Kota Tanjung Balai, H.M Syahrial ini dalam mewujudkan Visi Misi Tanjung Balai Religius, dimana kegiatan ini pada pelaksanaannya akan melaksanakan ibadah sholat di sejumlah masjid yang ada di Kota Tanjung Balai setiap hari Minggu.
Seusai sholat subuh berjamaah dilanjutkan dengan tausiyah yang disampaikan oleh Al Ustadz Taufik Azhar.
Dalam sambutannya, Wali Kota H.M Syahrial mengatakan sholat subuh berjamaah itu manfaatnya sangat luar biasa. “Melalui gerakan Gerbang Surga ini saya mengajak masyarakat, umat islam Kota Tanjung Balai untuk bersama sama memakmurkan Masjid dengan melaksanakan Sholat subuh berjamaah bersama keluarga, hal ini juga merupakan dalam rangka meningkatkan ukhuwa islamiyah antara pemerintah dan masyarakat,” Ujar Wali Kota
“Memasyarakatkan gerakan bangun subuh keluarga (Gerbang Surga) tidak lain adalah untuk mengamalkan apa yang sudah dilakukan Rasulullah SAW dalam pembinaan umat karena rumah Allah dalam ajaran umat islam merupakan sarana kita dalam bermusyawarah, memakmurkan masjid adalah keinginan kita bersama” sebut H.M Syahrial.
Selanjutnya Wali Kota menyampaikan, Gerbang Surga yang dimaksud bertujuan untuk kesatuan umat, mendapatkan keberkahan sekaligus membangun kebersamaan dan kesatuan umat.
“Ayo bersama kita ikuti dan laksanakan gerakan bangun subuh keluarga mulai hari ini, ” ajak Wali Kota H.M Syahrial
Gerakan bangun subuh keluarga berjamaah juga dilakukan untuk mewujudkan visi Kota Tanjung Balai, Religius,” tutupnya.
Turut hadir dalam sholat subuh berjamaah Wakil Wali Kota H Waris, Sekdakot Yusmada, Para OPD, pengurus BKM Masjid Syuhada dan masyarakat sekitar Masjid. (Heri)
