Asahan, Sentralnews.com – Bupati Asahan bersama Kapolres Asahan yang diwakili oleh Wakapolres Asahan Kompol Sri Juliani SH, Dandim 0208 (mewakili), Ketua TP PKK Asahan Ny Titiek Sugiharti Surya, OPD terkait, Camat Pulo Bandring Jutawan Sinaga dan Kades Taman Sari meresmikan Desa Taman Sari Kecamatan Pulo Bandring, Kabupaten Asahan, Propinsi Sumatera Utara, menjadi Kampung Tangguh Berbasis Mikro, Jumat (05/03/2021).
Dengan diresmikannya Kampung Tangguh berbasis Mikro yang diresmikan pada hari ini, diharapkan bisa meminimalisir penyebaran atau penularan Covid-19.
“Dengan adanya Kampung Tangguh berbasis Mikro yang diresmikan pada hari ini , diharapkan masyarakat bisa tertib dengan protokol kesehatan Covid-19, sehingga dapat mengurangi potensi penyebaran Covid-19,” kata Wakapolres Asahan dalam sambutannya.
Selain itu, Wakapolres juga berharap dengan adanya Kampung Tangguh ini, bisa memberi contoh dan mengajak masyarakat untuk patuh memakai masker, rajin mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan dan mengurangi mobilisasi.
“Mudah-mudahan dengan diresmikannya kampung tangguh ini menjadi penambah semangat bagi warga masyarakat Desa Taman Sari Kecamatan Pulo Bandring untuk melawan atau memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Desa Taman Sari Arfian Simatupang, selaku ketua Kampung Tangguh berbasis mikro dalam sambutannya mengucapkan terimakasih atas dijadikannya Desa Taman Sari Menjadi Kampung Tangguh Berbasis Mikro yang diresmikan pada hari ini. ia berharap dapat turut serta membantu upaya pemerintah dalam penanggulangan terhadap penyebaran wabah Covid-19 yang sampai saat ini masih belum berakhir.
“Merupakan suatu kebanggaan bagi kami warga Desa Taman Sari yang telah di percaya menjadi kampung tangguh berbasis mikro. Dengan diresmikannya kampung tangguh ini, harapan kami masyarakat semakin patuh terhadap disiplin protokol kesehatan Covid-19,” ucap Arfian.
“Kampung Tangguh berbasis mikro yang diresmikan pada hari ini merupakan binaan dari Kapolres Asahan yang wajib kita dukung bersama karena sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Khususnya masyarakat Desa Taman Sari dalam rangka mencegah penyebaran Covid 19,” ucap Bupati mengawali sambutannya.
Lebih lanjut Bupati mengatakan pembentukan Desa Tangguh merupakan salah satu upaya penanganan Covid 19 hingga ke level mikro. Keberadaan Desa Tangguh merupakan Inovasi yang dapat menjadi penguatan penanganan Covid 19 oleh pusat dan daerah yang terdesentralisasi hingga ke tingkat mikro melalui posko di tingkat desa dan kelurahan, semua dilibatkan tak terkecuali masyarakat yang menjadi ujung tombak dalam inovasi ini.
“Desa sebagai satuan Pemerintahan terkecil tentu harus melakukan gerakan antisipatif dalam upaya memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid 19, dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen Masyarakat,” ucapnya.
Bupati Surya juga menegaskan bahwa posko ditingkat desa perlu dibentuk dengan fungsi mengkoordinasikan, mengendalikan, memantau, mengevaluasi serta mengeksekusi Penanganan Covid 19.
Dengan berfungsinya posko tersebut diharapkan dapat mendorong perilaku masyarakat untuk sama sama mengingatkan bagaimana pentingnya penerapan Protokol Kesehatan.
Bupati mengharapkan Desa Taman Sari dapat menjadi desa yang tangguh dalam penanganan Covid 19 dan tangguh dalam penanganan kesehatan serta tangguh dalam penanganan Kamtibmas di wilayahnya. (Hy)
