As a mom of three kids, Hilary Duff certainly knows a thing or two about needing to sneak away for a moment. While she did choose to reveal her hiding spot on Instagram, her fans were much more intrigued with the look the How I Met Your Father star wore while doing so.
A few weeks back on June 30, the former Lizzie McGuire actress shared a quiet moment in her home sans son Luca and daughters Banks and Mae. With pin-straight hair and simple makeup, the true highlight of the picture was the outfit she donned. Wearing a short sleeved blue floral dress, Hilary chose to pair the modest attire with a pair of strappy dusty blue heels.
“Running out of non kid invaded spaces in my house for this stuff…,” she joked on Instagram.
If Hilary was trying to gain some traction from her followers, she got it. They immediately rushed to the Instagram comments section to praise the Younger star’s ensemble. But the most notable response may have come from her husband, musician Matthew Koma.
“Body on point,” he commented. “Queen love you so much ,” one fan wrote. “IS IT ME? OR IS SHE GETTING HOTTER AND HOTTER AS SHE AGED????!!!” another added. “Go mrs duff!! ,” a different person said.
As folks may know, this isn’t the first time Hilary has shown off her effortless style in the comfort of own home. She actually posted another pic from her favorite corner of the house to Instagram on August 18, where she was the definition of business casual.
Wearing a blazer from Camilla and Marc, a tank top, light blue jeans and white heels, she looked like she was about to go and film something. Perhaps it was for season 2 of How I Met Your Father? We don’t know for sure but she definitely knows how to slay the fashion game while on hiatus.
