Ketua Bawaslu Provinsi Bengkulu Parsadaan Harahap mengatakan saat ini belum ada aturan yang melarang pemasangan APK karena tahapan penetapan calon baik Bupati dan Wakil Bupati atau Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur belum berjalan sehingga bagi siapa saja yang memasang APK tidak ada masalah.
Namun Bawaslu Provinsi Bengkulu mengimbau kepada Balon Bupati atau Gubernur yang ingin memasang APK hendaknya mengedepanka azas ramah lingkungan, tidak merusak atau bahkan membahayakan lingkungan dan masyarakat.
“Secara aturan tidak masalah memasang APK hanya saja jangan sampai menabrak aturan yang ada di daerah. Selain itu harus ramah lingkungan dengan tidak menyakiti mahluk hidup seperti pepohonan yang dipaku demi memasang poster sang calon. Pohon sejatinya mahluk hidup yang tidak beh disakiti,” Himbaunya.
Dilansir dari Realita post Tokoh Agama, Sakirin Endar Ali mengaku prihatin dengan maraknya pemadangan APK calon Gubernur tanpa mempertimbangkan perilaku ramah lingkungan.
