Bengkulu, Sentralnews.com, – Jagat maya sempat heboh Rosjonsyah yang entah sadar atau tidak, menyindir Rohidin Mersyah soal ribetnya investor berinvestasi di Provinsi Bengkulu, pada Debat Terbuka Perdana Pilgub Bengkulu 2020, Senin (9/11/2020) lalu.
Kala itu, Rosjonsyah usai menyindir soal keribetan berinvestasi, memberi solusi agar investasi dipermudah, jika mereka berdua menang Pilgub. Namun, Rosjonsyah sepertinya tak sadar, bahwa yang memimpin Gubernur atau petahana, pasangannya sendiri.
Nah tadi malam, gantian. Giliran Rohidin yang tanpa sadar menyindir pasangan Cawagubnya sendiri, Rosjonsyah di Debat Terbuka Kedua Pilgub Bengkulu yang dilaksanakan KPU di Hotel Mercure, Senin (23/11/2020) malam.
Berawal dari sindiran Rohidin untuk Calon Gubernur Bengkulu nomor 01, Helmi Hasan, yang membagikan Bantuan Sosial (Bansos) Beras dan Mie (RasMie) untuk warga se-Kota Bengkulu dimasa Covid-19. Rohidin menilai penyaluran Bansos tersebut tumpang tindih tidak sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Kementrian Keuangan dan Kementrian Dalam Negeri soal kriteria penerima Bansos. Pembagian Bansos secara merata menurut Rohidin melanggar peraturan Pemerintah dan sangat fatal karena dirinya sebagai Gubernur juga mendapatkan RasMie dari Pemkot Bengkulu.
“Saya kira ini menjadi prisident, karena waktu itu saya sendiri sebagai Gubernur mendapat bantuan bentuk mie maupun beras sampai ke Rumah kami sebagai Gubernur dan mertua kami, sekali lagi ini peraturan pemerintah yang dilanggar sangat fatal,” kata Rohidin.
Pernyataan Rohidin tersebut langsung dijawab oleh Helmi Hasan yang menyatakan, keputusan mengenai RasMie terenak di dunia yang dibagikan kepada seluruh manusia di Kota Bengkulu yang masih hidup termasuk kepada Gubernur sudah melalui pertimbangan yang sangat matang.
“Pak Gubernur mungkin yang perlu masih kurang baca, ada intruksi Mentri Dalam Negeri disana, dikatakan bicara tentang kerawanan sosial. Itu bukan tumpang tindih tapi menambahkan program yang sudah ada. Kejaksaan, Kepolisian, bahkan BPKP saat itu bersama kita ikut membagikan. Mudah-mudahan pak Gubernur juga menikmati bagaimana rasanya Mie dan Beras terenak di dunia itu. RasMie terenak di dunia adalah program bentuk dari pada intruksi dari Menteri Dalam Negeri dan masyarakat sangat puas pak Gubernur,” jelas Helmi Hasan.
“Berbeda dengan pak Gubernur memberikan beras cadangan gratisan itu, di Seluma ribut, di Bengkulu, Utara ribut, di Bengkulu Tengah ribut, karena cuma sedikit barangnya, sedangkan yang terdampak hampir seluruh masyarakat dan Walikota sudah membuat keputusan soal dampak Covid-19 dimana seluruh masyarakat kita anggap terdampak Covid-19 dan RT-rt sudah melaporkan bahwa pak kalau kita bagikan seperti pak Gubernur beras yang gak enak itu, kemudian dibagikan dari 200 Kepala Keluarga hanya 10 yang dapat bisa ribut seperti Provinsi. Maka kemudian beras cadangan masih ada di Bulog,” ungkap Helmi Hasan.
“Lalu Pemerintah Kota Bengkulu, pak Dandim, Kapolres dan Kajari semus memutuskan kita beli beras premium, beras yang enak karena beras premiumlah yang dimakan kita. Maka rakyat pun harus makan beras premium, jangan sampai penguasanya makan beras premium dan rakyat makan beras cadangan dan sudah dituru banyak tempat, Kabupaten Kaur misalnya, dan Kabupaten Lebong, Calon Wakil Gubernur bapak juga sudah melakukan itu dengan memanggul beras di sebelah kanan seperti di Kota pun di ikuti Lebong,” terang Helmi Hasan.
Pernjelasan Helmi Hasan lalu ditanggapi oleh Rohidin yang menyatakan dirinya sebagai Gubernur tidak menikmati RasMie yang dibagikan itu.
“Pertama pak Walikota (Helmi) saya pastikan saya tidak menikmati beras maupun mie itu, karena menurut saya, tidak layak saya sebagai Gubernur mendapat bantuan seperti itu, maka waktu itu saya serahkan ke Satpol PP yang di Rumah karena mereka lebih berhak,” tutur Rohidin Mersyah.
