Lebong, sentralnews.com- Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Lebong kembalu meraih prestasi, kali ini Pemkab Lebong meraih predikat B dari Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan RB) RI dalam Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) Award.
Nilai ini mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2019 lalu, dimana Pemkab Lebong memperoleh nilai CC. Selain Pemkab Lebong, nilai B ini se-Provinsi Bengkulu juga diraih oleh Pemprov Bengkulu, dan Pemkot Bengkulu. Penyerahan penghargaan akuntabilitas kinerja wilayah I Provinsi/Kabupaten/ Kota oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (KemenPAN RB) RI yang dilaksanakan di Raddison Golf & Convention Centre Batam, Kota Batam Kepulauan Riau, Senin (10/2).
“Pertama saya mengucapkan terimakasih kepada seluruh jajaran OPD yang bekerja keras menyampaikan data-data dan berhasil dalam penilaian SAKIP oleh Kemen PAN-RB. Kenaikan predikat dari CC menjadi B suatu prestasi atas kerja keras,” ungkap Bupati Kabupaten Lebong,Rosjonsyah.
Penghargaan tersebut, pun diterima langsung oleh Bupati Lebong dari Kemenpan RB RI tersebut dengan didampingi oleh Sekretaris Daerah Lebong Mustarani Abidin, Inspektur Daerah Inspektorat Lebong Jauhari Chandra, Kabag Ortala Setda Lebong Elsi Vera, Kabid Pengendalian dan Evaluasi Pembangunan Daerah Bappeda Lebong, Partono.
Kendati demikian, Rosjonsyah mengingatkan kepada para OPD agar tak berpuas diri. Karena, dirinya akan berusaha untuk menaikkan kembali dengan mengajak seluruh OPD untuk workshop ke KemenPAN-RB agar penilaian SAKIP Pemkab Lebong kembali meningkat.
“Kalau bisa kedepan saya akan kembali mengajak seluruh OPD untuk workshop di Kemen PAN-RB agar tahun berikutnya naik lagi menjadi predikat BB dan kalau bisa langsung predikat A,” sampai Rosjonsyah.
Penetapan predikat B oleh Kemen PAN-RB itu sendiri berdasarkan akumulasi penilaian SAKIP Award Perencanaan Kinerja sebesar 30 persen, Pengukuran Kinerja sebesar 25 persen, Pelaporan Kinerja sebesar 15 persen, Evaluasi Kinerja sebesar 10 persen, serta Capaian Kinerja sebesar 20 persen.
Pada bobot Kualitas perencanaan kinerja, pengukuran kinerja, pelaporan kinerja, evaluasi kinerja dan capaian kinerja. Yang harus benar-benar selaras mulai dari RPJMD, RKPD, Renstra, Rencana Kinerja Tahunan, Perjanjian Kinerja, Rencana Aksi yang harus benar benar ekonomis, efisien, dan efektif. (Adv)
