Gugatan Segera Disidangkan, Agusrin-Imron Minta Paslon Terpilih Didiskualifikasi Seperti di Lampung

Bengkulu,  Sentralnews.com, – Pasangan Calon (Paslon) Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Bengkulu nomor urut 3 Agusrin M Najamuddin dan Imron Rosyadi melakukan perbaikan syarat gugatan sengketa Pilgub Bengkulu.

Kuasa Hukum Paslon Agusri -Imron, Zetriansyah mengatakan persyarata gugatan ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) sudah dilengkapi dan memenuhi syarat. Pihaknya tinggal menunggu panggilan Sidang dari MK yang berdasarkan jadwal dari MK untuk sidang sengketa Pilgub mulai dilaksanakan 27 januari 2021.

“Kita tinggal menunggu panggilan dan kita optimis bahwa gugatan kita dikabulkan, apalagi melihat perkembangan terbaru dengan putusan Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Lampung yang mendiskualifikasi petahana pemenang Pilkada Bandar Lampung Paslon nomor 3 Eva Dwiana – Deddy Amarullah,” kata Zetriansyah.

Menurut Zetriansyah, apalagi MK memiliki kewenangan lebih luas, sehingga tidak lagi hanya menyelesaikan persoalan perselisihan suara saja, tapi juga mengadili memeriksa terkait dengan pelanggaran yang Terstruktus Sistematis dan Masif (TSM) . Oleh karena itu pihaknya meminta MK mendiskualifikasi terhadap Paslon 02, karena diduga menggunakan fasilitas negara, melibatkan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).

“Kami juga mina dilakukan pemilihan ulang di lima Kabupaten di Provinsi Bengkulu. Jadi kalau melihat dari permohonan kami, apa yang kami minta ya harusnya MK dapat mengabulkan gugatan kami, karena kami tidak minta kami sebagai calon terpilih,” jelas Zetriansyah.

Zetriansyah menyatakan, putusan Bawaslu Lampung yang mendiskualifikasi pemenang Pilkada Bandar Lampung menjadi acuan pihaknya yang seharusnya itu juga bisa dilakukan di Bengkulu.

“Ya seharusnya hal yang sama (diskualifikasi) sangat bisa dilakukan di Bengkulu,” terang Zetriansyah.
