Bengkulu, sentralnews.com– Walikota Bengkulu Helmi Hasan dan Wakil Walikota Dedy Wahyudi menggelar rapat koordinasi melalui konferensi video bersama Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda) dan Organisasi perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kota Bengkulu di Balai Kota Bengkulu, Selasa ( 19/5 / 2020).
Rapat vidcon ini menindaklanjuti arahan Gubernur Bengkulu terkait pengamanan dan penegakan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 pada hari raya Idul Fitri 1441 H.
Dalam instruksi, Walikota Bengkulu Helmi Hasan mengatakan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Bengkulu akan segera menindaklanjuti arahan Gubernur Bengkulu terkait pengamanan dan penegakan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 pada hari raya Idul Fitri.
“Ya, sesuai dengan arahan, Pemerintah Pusat dan Gubernur, pemkot Bengkulu akan menerapkan protokol – protokol kesehatan dan pengamanan yang berlaku dalam pelaksanaan Idul Fitri seperti meniadakan open house di Balai Kota untuk menentang pelawan, serta kami berharap agar ada halal bihalal tidak mendatangi rumah – rumah agar dihindari semua yang terjadi, ” ucap Helmi.
Ditambahkan, Helmi meminta Forkopimda dan OPD untuk mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat Bengkulu untuk selalu mengikuti arahan pemerintah dalam memutus tali penyebaran virus Covid – 19.
“Saya meminta imbauan ini disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat agar menghadiri arahan pemerintah dengan menegakkan pengamanan dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan, seperti halal bihalal di rumah, tidak mudik, memperbaiki shalat id tetap bisa kita gunakan terapkan protokol kesehatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Dan juga saya meminta kepada Polres Bengkulu, Dandim 0407, Satpol – PP, untuk tetap mengadakan pertemuan yang terkait dengan kerumunan atau perkumpulan saat Idul Fitri, ” lanjut Helmi.
Selain itu, Helmi menginstruksikan untuk tetap menjalin komunikasi dengan Kemenag, tokoh agama, organisasi keagamaan agar mengimbau masyarakat untuk tetap mengikuti arahan pemerintah.
” Kita akan terus berkomunikasi dengan Kemenag, tokoh agama, organisasi keagamaan untuk mengimbau masyarakat agar dapat mengambil arahan pemerintah dengan cara dekati, dan berhubungan dengan mengajak baik – baik agar masyarakat dapat mematuhinya tanpa harus dengan gerakan melawan,” tuturnya.
Dalam video ini, Helmi juga meminta OPD di Kota Bengkulu untuk membackup Kapolda dalam mengawal perbatasan Provinsi Bengkulu dengan mensosialisasikan agar tidak mudik atau melakukan perjalanan yang menuju Provinsi Bengkulu.
Sementara itu, Ia juga berpesan kepada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) untuk bekerja sama dengan Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa dan Satpol-PP untuk tetap melakukan perlindungan terhadap pasar, mal dan pusat perdagangan saat Idul Fitri.
“Pasar harus mempertimbangkan betul aktivitasnya, imbau pedagang untuk tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan berjaga jarak saat transaksi, gunakan masker dan kita perlu melakukan pengecekan suhu tubuh agar semua nyaman saat aktivitas,” tutup Helmi. (Ren ADV)
