” Tidak ada toleransi dan negosiasi bagi kader baik ditingkat DPC, DPD ataupun Ranting yang coba membelot atau sekedar termakan janji pihak luar yang coba memecah belah Partai Demokrat, saya pastikan akan dipecat kalau berani coba-coba,” Tegas Edison Simbolon.
Edison Simbolon juga menerangkan Kongres V PD Maret 2020 merupakan kongres yang sah sesuai dengan aturan yang ada di AD/ART Partai Demokrat dan telah mendapat pengakuan pemerintah dengan penegasan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Azasi Manusia RI.
“Terkait adanya isu pengkudetaan melalui Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) jadikan sekedar motivasi bahwa kita harus menjaga diri dan Partai Demokrat dari pihak luar yang mencoba menggerogoti kekuatan besar partai kita, “
Lebih jauh ketua DPD Demokrat Bengkulu mengharapkan kordinasi aktip di semua tingkatan demi menjaga persatuan dan juga demi memenangkan Pilkada, Pileg, dan Pilpres 2024 mendatang.
