Lakukan Pencemaran Nama Baik Salah Satu Calon di Sosmed, Tiga Orang Dilaporkan

Kaur, Sentralnews.com- Kuasa Hukum Calon Bupati Kaur Priode 2021 – 2024 telah melaporkan adanya Dugaan Tindak Pidana Pencemaran nama baik di akun media Sosial Facebook yang di lakukan oleh SN,MS dan GA.pada hari Minggu (23/8/20) sekira pukul 06.00 WIB, hari Selasa (15/9/20) sekira pukul 12.14 WIB dan hari Rabu (16/9/20) sekitar pukul 09.09 WIB.

Saat di konfirmasi awak media, Mudarwan Yusuf, SH,MH Kuasa Hukum calon Bupati Kaur Gusril Pausi,S.Sos.M.AP membenarkan bahwa, dirinya sudah melaporkan beberapa orang yang di duga telah melakukan Dugaan Tindak Pidana Pencemaran nama baik pada akun media sosial Facebook tersebut ke Mapolres Kaur pada tanggal 21 September 2020 beberapa bulan lalu, kata Mudarwan Yusuf,SH.MH Saptu (31/10) sekira pukul 21.15 WIB di Posko Induk tim pemenangan Gusril – Medi di Coko Enau Kecamatan Kaur Utara Kabupaten Kaur.

Lebih lanjut di katakan Mudarwan Yusuf, bahwa pengaduan tersebut sudah di tanggapi oleh pihak Polres Kaur sehingga penyebar akun Facebook atas nama SN , MS dan GA sudah di layangkan surat undangan Klarifikasi nomor B/154 XI /2020/ Reskrim terhadap mereka bertiga untuk hadir dan menghadap Sat Riskrim Kaur pada hari Kamis (5/11/20) jam 09.00 WIB tempat ruang Unit II Tipidter Satriskrim Kaur.

Kepada pihak Polres Kaur kami apresiasi dengan setinggi-tingginya karena mereka sudah benar-benar menghargai atas pengaduannya demi untuk melakukan penegakan hukum yang seadil-adilnya, ungkap salah seorang Pengacara Kondang di ibu kota Negera RI.

Iya , semua orang yang di Duga melakuakan pencemaran nama baik calon bupati Kaur Gusril Pausi,S.Sos.M.AP akan segera di usut karena hal tersebut kami anggap perbuatan yang tidak menyenangkan apa lagi di sebar luaskan melalui akun Media Sosial Facbook, katanya dengan tegas. Sampai berita ini di terbitkan pihak Polres Kaur belum bisa di hubungi.
