Pemkab Terima Kunjungan Kemenkumham

Mukomuko,  Sentralnews.com-Pemerintah Kabupaten Mukomuko yang diwakili Sekretaris Daerah Drs. H. Marjohan
mendapat kunjungan dari Tim pelayanan hukum Kanwil Kemenkumham Bengkulu terkait pelayanan hukum di
Kabupaten Mukomuko, kamis (23/01/2010).

Marjohan menyambut baik kedatangan Tim dan akan melakukan sinergi terkait tugas dan fungsi.

Kemenkumham di Kabupaten Mukomuko dalam sambutannya menyampaikan akan melakukan sinergi terkait
tugas dan fungsi Kemenkumham di Kabupaten Mukomuko.

Sekda juga menyampaikan harapan agar terjalinnya
komunikasi yang baik dan dukungan antar lembaga, sehingga prestasi yang sudah diraih oleh kabupaten
Mukomuko dapat meningkat terus setiap tahunnya.

Kepala Bidang Hukum, Pajar Elmi menyampaikan tujuan kedatangan tim diantaranya melakukan sosialisasi
pendaftaran merk dagang, pemahaman mengenai sertikat dusia, kerja sama perancangan peraturan daerah
dan perwujudan kabupaten kota peduli HAM.

“ dengan adanya kedatangan tim ini, maka akan dilakukan pembinaan notaris yang ada di kabupaten
Mukomuko, dan menyampaikan tugas dan wewenang fungsi pengawasan notaris yang banyak belum diketahui
oleh masyarakat umum “ ungkapnya.

Selain itu, Kepala Bidang Hak Asasi Manusia (Nely) juga menyampaikan bahwa pemerintah kabupaten
diharapkan berperan dan bersinergi dengan penegak hukum, salah satunya melalui Pelayanan Komunikasi
Masyarakat (Yankomas), agar masalah sosial dan hukum yang timbul di masyarakat dapat di tampung dan
ditindak lanjuti.ADV(YK)
