Bengkulu, Sentralnews.com- Akibat sengketa pematangan lahan, seorang Pria berinisial SY dilaporkan ke Polda bengkulu karena diduga melakukan tindak pidana perbuatan tidak menyenangkan kepada 2 (dua) orang korban yakni S dan E pada Selasa (22/09).
Kejadian bermula pada saat ke dua korban sedang berada di lokasi pematangan lahan sebagai ahli waris sah pada sertifikat Nomor 05506 tahun 2018 atas nama P Simamora yang bertempat di Jalan Aru Jajaran Kecamatan Selebar Kota Bengkulu. Pada saat itu, datang sekitar 20 orang ke lokasi kejadian tempat sedang berlangsungnya kegiatan pematangan lahan milik korban yang menggunakan alat berat, tiba-tiba salah seorang yang dibawa si pelaku langsung menaiki alat berat dan mengambil kunci alat berat tersebut, sedangkan si pelaku menyebutkan kepada korban bahwa Tanah yang sedang dalam pematangan tersebut adalah milik si pelaku sehingga mau tidak mau kegiatan pematangan harus dihentikan.
Merasa tidak senang atas tindakan pelaku, korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polda Bengkulu dengan Nomor Polisi LP B-873/IX/2020/ Polda Bengkulu.
Ketika dikonfirmasi, Kabid Humas Polda Bengkulu Kombes Pol Sudarno S.Sos MH menyampaikan bahwa sengketa lahan tersebut diduga terjadi akibat kesalah fahaman antara pelaku dan korban. Kasus ini juga masih dalam tindak lanjut kepolisian dan akan terus dilakukan penyelidikan hingga selesai tegasnya sembari memberikan himbauan agar seluruh pihak dapat menahan diri untuk tidak melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum yang dapat merugikan.
