Dijelaskan Fajar, ”Adapun pasal 80 ayat 1 UU perlindungan anak berbunyi : setiap orang yang melakukan kekejaman, kekerasan atau ancaman kekerasan atau penganiyaan rerhadap anak, dipidana paling lama 3 tahun 6 bulan dan denda paling banyak 72 juta rupiah. ” Ungkapnya.
” Saya sebagai pemerhati kebijakan publik akan terus mengawasi hal ini. Anak-anak Kita didik disekolah bukan untuk di takut takuti tapi untuk dibuat menjadi manusia yang berintelektual. Jadi Saya harapkan ini menjadi hal yang mendasar untuk semua termasuk Dinas pendidikan khususnya di Bengkulu Selatan untuk lebih selektif lagi memberi arahan kepada para guru,”tutupnya.(TH)
