Kadis PMD Prov Bersama Kontraktor Ditetapkan Tersangka Kasus Pembangunan Pasar Lebong

Bengkulu, Sentralnews.com- Pihak Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Lebong tetapkan Kepala Dinas PMD Provinsi Bengkulu berinisial SY sebagai tersangka terkait dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan pasar Pasar Rakyat Pelabuhan Talang Leak, di Desa Pelabuhan Talang Leak, Kecamatan Bingin Kuning, Kabupaten Lebong, yang bersumber dari APBN TA 2018 senilai Rp. 5,4 M.

Tidak hanya SY yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka didalam pembangunan proyek pasar rakyat tersebut namun ikut terseret Kontraktor PT Awoh Ing Karya inisial RF
“Memang benar, Pidsus Kejari Lebong sudah menetapkan dua orang tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pembangunan Pasar Rakyat Pelabuhan Talang Leak,” sampai Kepala Kejari Lebong Fadil Regan melalui Kasi Intel Imam Hidayat kepada, Kamis (17/9/2020) sore.

SY selaku PA yang saat itu masih menjabat Kepala Diskoperindag UKM Kabupaten Lebong baru sekarang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam proyek pembangunan pasar tersebut yang diduga menyebapkan kerugian negara sebesar Rp. 393 juta sesuai dengan perhitungan tim ahli BPKP, dan hasil temuan tim Kejari Lebong.

“Kasus ini bukan laporan, tapi temuan tim Kejari Lebong. Karena sebelumnya memang sudah masuk pantauan kita,” ucap Imam.

Dilansir dari bengkulusatu.com- terkait tersangka baru dalam kasus Pasar Rakyat Pelabuhan Talang Leak tersebut, Imam menyebutkan hal tersebut tidak menutup kemungkinan akan ada tersangka lain. Semua itu juga sembari melihat hasil perkembangan penyelidikan tim Pidsus.

“Masih didalami, untuk sejauh ini baru dua tersangka,” demikian Imam.

Salah satu tersangka RF pun sempat terpantau mendatangi kantor Kejari Lebong. Dan ia pun mengaku kedatangannya tersebut untuk pemeriksaan.

“Iya diperiksa sebagai tersangka, tanya pihak Kejari Lebong aja,” singkatnya, Kamis (17/9/2020).

Untuk diketahui, sprint lid pidsus Kejari Lebong kasus ini diterbitkan pada Juni 2020 lalu. Hanya butuh empat bulan, tepatnya tanggal 7 September 2020, Kejari Lebong sudah menetapkan tersangka untuk kedua orang tersebut.

Terbilang cepat jika dibandingkan penanganan kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan Rest Area Bedan kileak milik DPKPP Provinsi Bengkulu TA 2018, sebelumnya juga disinyalir terdapat kekurangan fisik. Setelah proses lid intel dan dik Intel Kejari Lebong, Kemudian masuk lid Pidsus, kasus tersebut bisa dikatakan selesai, dengan kesepakatan DPKPP dan kontraktor pelaksana melakukan perbaikan fisik yang terindikasi merugikan negara tersebut.
