Bengkulu Utara, Sentralnews.com- Masyarakat Kelurahan Kemumu, Kecamatan Arma Jaya kini mempunyai gedung promosi sentra Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM).
Gedung tersebut baru saja diresmikan pada Selasa (10/3) oleh Wakil Bupati Bengkulu Utara Arie Septia Adinata, SE, M.AP.
“Kami dari Pemkab Bengkulu Utara berharap Gedung Promosi Sentra IKM di Bengkulu Utara ini dapat terus berkembang ke depannya,” kata Arie.
Keberadaan gedung tersebut nantinya diharapkan bisa memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi di IKM. Serta meningkatkan kreatifitas, inovasi dan daya saing produk sehingga hasil karya dari masyarakat setempat berdaya saing tinggi dan diminati di pasar lokal maupun mancanegara.
Hal ini sesuai dengan tema yang diusung dalam peresmian gedung ini, yakni Bersinergi Bersama Pelaku Usaha Industri Kecil Menengah, Demi Kemandirian Usaha, Peningkatan kesejahteraan Ekonomi Dan Terciptanya Produk-produk Unggulan Yang Berdaya Saing.
Sebagai informasi, Selain Wakil Bupati Bengkulu Utara turut hadir dalm peresmian Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara yang mendampingi memotong pita peresmian gedung.ADV
